We ask that you help us practice social distancing, such as hanging out in a different room, while the technician is working. Our technicians are wearing disposable gloves or sanitizing their hands before and after each customer visit.
For the safety of your pets and our techs, please secure pets away from the technician's work area.
Furniture should be moved away from wall outlets (not up against the wall) so that we can access the wall plate at locations where you desire service to be installed.
NEW DIRECTV SERVICE
All TVs need to be in-place at the locations for service in your home. An account holder must be present to sign the lease agreement for set-top box receivers.
Note: Our technicians unfortunately cannot assist you in moving, unboxing or mounting TVs. To get you online for Internet service, we will connect your PC, laptop, tablet, and/or phone. At this time, we cannot connect additional devices such as printers, thermostats, various smart home products or third-party VoIP equipment.
